Q: Who Is Responsible in the Event of an Issue?

• Prior to shipment: Goods are inspected by machinery upon arrival at our warehouse. If goods are damaged when delivered to our warehouse, we will immediately notify you with supporting images or videos, and the supplier will be held responsible.
• During transit: If goods are damaged or lost during transit, we will compensate you for the full value of the affected units, provided cargo insurance (0.3% of the total goods value) has been purchased.
